Dramatic, expressionistic and colourful are how some would describe my paintings.

Since retiring in 2013, my paintings have become a reflection of my passion for having the creative freedom to do it my way.   Over time, my style has evolved to painting looser, …..“like a dance”, …I enjoy getting into the rhythm of how I am feeling about what I am trying to express about a time or place.    

After busy careers and family life, my husband and I have taken many beautiful trips to far away continents and countries all over the world.  This was the turning point to a new way to share my stories and sketches of the many beautiful and often exotic places we have seen.   After all, my paintings are created from my heart and for your enjoyment and pleasure…
